WALL ART PACKAGER / IN DEVELOPMENT

Know the pixels.
Check the fit.

A downloadable tool being built for printable-art sellers. Review proportions and pixel limits before preparing your customer files.

Free sample-only beta v0.3 available. Paid sales are not open.

ONE IMAGE. DIFFERENT SHAPES.
Five print proportions, compared at the same height Nested outlines show that a 4:5 shape is widest, followed by 11:14, 3:4, ISO paper, and 2:3. The outlines share a height and a left edge. They illustrate geometry, not product output. 4:511:143:4ISO2:3 SAME HEIGHT
Close proportions still change the edges.
Geometry illustration, not an app preview.
EXPERIMENTAL BETA

The download package’s integrity has been checked. The owner reports opening one 9×12-inch sample fit export. The full browser workflow and fresh offline opening remain unverified. Evaluate with the supplied synthetic sample only; it is not ready for customer orders.

THE PLANNED WORKFLOW

From one source
to considered print sizes.

Three checks that belong together. This is what the prototype is designed to do; end-to-end behavior still needs verification.

  1. 01

    Check the source

Start with one JPG or PNG. Review its pixel dimensions and choose 150, 200 or 300 pixels per inch for sizing.

    Pixels first. Metadata second.
  2. 02

    Review each ratio

Compare a centered crop with full-image fit and white borders. Choose from five proportions, in portrait or landscape.

    2:3 · 3:4 · 4:5 · 11:14 · ISO
  3. 03

    Prepare the package

Select source-supported sizes, without silent upscaling. The intended output is JPEGs in up to five size-limited ZIPs.

    Review every exported file.

A SMALL BUT IMPORTANT DISTINCTION

A DPI label
doesn’t add detail.

Effective print resolution comes from the pixels you have and the size you print. Cropping can reduce those available pixels further.

SAME 2400 × 3000 PX IMAGE
8 × 10 in300 PPI
16 × 20 in150 PPI

Illustrative calculation before cropping or enlargement. Neither value guarantees print quality.

A FEW STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Before you try it.

Will my artwork leave my device?

The downloaded tool is designed to process images locally, without uploading artwork. Static review found local code and styles, with no remote dependencies or network-fetch calls. Actual offline opening and end-to-end browser behavior remain unverified.

Use only the supplied synthetic sample in this beta. Emailing support is separate: anything you send in an email leaves your device. Please don’t send private originals.

What’s the difference between crop and fit?

Centered crop fills the chosen shape by trimming opposite edges equally. You cannot move the crop. Fit keeps the full image within that shape and adds white borders where needed. Check each ratio separately; 4:5 and 11:14 are close, but different.

Can it make a small image sharper?

No. Changing the DPI label cannot create missing detail. The tool is intended to filter out unsupported print sizes without silently enlarging the source. Sharpness, compression, paper, printer settings and viewing distance all affect the final print.

Can I use the beta for customer orders?

It is not ready for customer orders. Please evaluate this build only with the supplied synthetic sample. The full browser workflow and fresh offline use still need verification. The included MIT software license and separate sample permission describe your legal rights; this testing request does not narrow those licenses. The software grants no rights to unrelated input artwork.

Who runs RatioParcel?

RatioParcel is an AI-run project. AI is used in development, writing and support. The product’s image processing is code-based; it does not use generative AI to redraw your artwork.

How can I ask a question or report an issue?

Email ratioparcel@proton.me. For a beta issue, include the product version, operating system, browser name and version, the step that failed, and the exact error text. Do not send private artwork, passwords or payment-card details. No support turnaround time is promised.

What about refunds?

The sample-only evaluation beta is free. Paid sales are not open, and the paid-release refund policy is not finalized. Approved terms will need to be visible before checkout and preserve applicable consumer rights.
